Eligibility: Participants must be active USAB members. Annual membership can be obtained at www.usabadminton.org.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $35.00 per participant per event. Players are allowed to participate in maximum of 3 events. Entry fees should be paid by online through http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/tournament.aspx?id=06D41B63-82EF-4B3F-97A6-8D342A165559
Registration Deadline: Saturday, March 10, 2012 – NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED
Seeding/Draws: The Seedings and Draws of A-events of the tournament will be made according to USAB Tournament Regulations by a designee of the USAB Court Officials Advisory Group. Seeding will be determined based on current USAB rankings. Tournament Committee reserves the right to make any necessary final adjustments to the draw in consultation with tournament referee.

Fri, March 23, 2012 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm MS, WS (A&B, Consolation)
Sat, March 24, 2012 9:00 am – 11:00 pm MD, WD, XD (A&B, Consolation), All Senior event (MS, WS, MD, WD, XD, Consolation), 5:00 pm (Semi Finals)
Sun, March 25, 2012 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Finals (include consolation finals)

Conditions:
1. Tournament grade shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.
2. Consolation draws will be held for each event except those played as round robins or pools because of entry size.
3. All matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with rally-point scoring system (both main and consolation draws).
4. A player not ready to play 10 (ten) minutes after his/her match is called may be defaulted.
5. Each Player in a doubles partnership must submit separate entry forms.
6. Players participating in any A-event cannot play in any B-event, or vice versa.
7. To ensure competitiveness the tournament committee will ensure that participants of B-Events are of the appropriate skill level.
8. Senior events are open to players who are over the age of 40 as of 3/23/2012.
9. Acceptable badminton clothing must be worn during play. Doubles partners are encouraged to wear matching colors.
10. Entry fees will not be eligible for refund unless the tournament committee is notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of play and only in case of illness, injury or other significant circumstance as approved by the committee.
11. The tournament committee reserves the right to change any of the above conditions.
